President of Happiness Initiative, Naomi Harasaki is a successful Energy and Nutritional Advisor and Entrepreneur with clients seeking her expertise from Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America, including top athletes and Hollywood celebrities. From her many experiences meeting with a wealth of different people and cultures, Naomi grew a desire to serve people on a wider and deeper level, that would not only be self-sustaining, but continuously growing.
As an entrepreneur, she has outstanding track record in serving her clients across Pacific in health and beauty, nutrition, and sports industry with her core focus on product development, market research, and global distribution.
Naomi is also a co-founder of Universal Educational Foundation, a not-for-profit organization aims at serving young people through character education with a vision of a culture of altruism.

Kimiyo Anceney

Director of Happiness Initiative, Kimiyo Anceney is also involved in Women’s Federation for World Peace. She became involved first as a translator for the Japanese ladies who attended the events hosted by WFWP and later on, became the conference coordinator for Los Angeles. Kimiyo resided in Bridgeport, CT for three years (2010-2013) being involved with her daughter’s family as grandmother to her grandchildren. Currently, she resides in the hot and dry climate of Las Vegas with her husband.

Evan Louie

Secretary of Happiness Initiative, Evan Louie is also a partner and founding member of HLN Group. He was appointed by Governor Sandoval and state legislature of Nevada as Commissioner of Minority Affairs, chairing the Economic Development Subcommittee under the Department of Business and Industry. Prior to founding HLN, Evan built a business recognized by the Las Vegas Visitor and Convention Authority as one of three enterprises representing Las Vegas for global tourism. He has received numerous awards including commendation awards from Senators and Congress members and was recognized by Vegas Inc. / Las Vegas Sun as an “Unsung Hero of Las Vegas Valley” and by Channel 3 News as an “Everyday Hero and Those Who Make a Difference in Southern Nevada.” Evan has been a keynote speaker at national business conferences and associations on topics from social entrepreneurship to state policymaking. He is a prolific public speaker and media magnet, with multiple appearances on local and national television, print, and radio. His passion is helping others achieve successful ventures and giving back to our communities.

Duy Nguyen

Treasury of Happiness Initiative, Duy has spent his career in the public and private sector building strategic relationships, including strategizing for major Fortune 500 companies (big-box retail, major gaming resorts and top telecom companies.) Before returning to the private sector, Duy served as a senior executive for numerous non-profits fostering economic development and access to community healthcare. Since arriving in Las Vegas in 2004, he also served as a key contributing member to regional boards and commissions requiring appointments by government and academic institutions. Nationally, Duy served four terms as an executive council member for a national civil rights and education organization with over 100 chapters across the United States. In 2011, Duy graduated from the prestigious America’s Leaders of Change program by the National Urban Fellows. Duy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix. Duy resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and son. In his spare time, he mentors college students and fundraises for variety of charitable causes across the United States.
